ONLINE ORDERS

All in stock orders have a processing time of one business day (excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. These items will be shipped according to your shipping preferences marked during checkout. If no shipping selection is made, all items will be shipped via USPS standard mail (2-7 business days).

PRE-ORDERS

AMYCLAIRE offers merchandise to be pre-ordered to allow you to reserve your size of a product. These items have not yet arrived at the studio, but will ship upon delivery to AMYCLAIRE LLC. The expected ship date for pre-ordered merchandise is noted on each individual product page. Please be advised that these are estimated dates and some delays may occur. We will notify you via email with any changes to your purchased item. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your online order due to the system’s programming, however if you would prefer to order via email, we will process your payment when the merchandise ships. SPECIAL ORDERS

We offer Specialty pieces that are made to order and take approximately 4-6 weeks for production. There are no returns on Special Orders. Cancellations on Special Ordered pieces are accepted within 24 hours of your purchase. All cancellations must be in writing via email. Please send cancellations to shop@amyclaire.com.

For online payment, AMYCLAIRE accepts the following credit cards:

Checks are also accepted when paying by phone. All checks will be deposited before your order is processed and your order may take an extra 3-5 business days before exiting our warehouse.

SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping methods only within the Domestic US. We apologize for being unable to ship outside of the Domestic US at this time. There are no shipments to PO Boxes

USPS Standard Mail (2-7 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
FedEx Standard Overnight (next day)
FedEx 2Day (2 business days)

If no method of shipment is selected, your order will be shipped via USPS, Standard Mail (2-7 business days). We hope that there are no delays with your choice of carrier; however once the merchandise has left our warehouse AMYCLAIRE does not take responsibility for delays or loss of a package due to the shipping carrier.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping costs may occur. Once we have received your order, you will receive a notification by phone or email to verify the additional costs before your item(s) has/have been processed.

For any order that includes both in-stock items and pre-ordered items, the shipping method chosen during checkout will only pertain to those items in stock.

CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES

Cancellations and changes are accepted as long as your order has not been processed. All cancellations and changes must be in writing and sent via email to shop@amyclaire.com. For immediate assistance, please feel free to call us, however the cancellation and change will not take place until the written notification is received. Customer Service: 212-302-4868.

RETURNS

All returns with the exception of Special Order Merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund minus the shipping charges. Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization Code. Please be advised that no refunds will be issued for returns shipped without a Return Authorization Code. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any item lost, damaged or stolen. All returned items must be returned in their original condition, including hangtags and packaging. Any worn or damaged articles will not be accepted.

In order obtain a Return Authorization Code, please email with your request at shop@amyclaire.com. No Return Authorization Code is available via telephone, fax, or mail. Once your request has been accepted via email, we will send you a Return Authorization Code. Please include a copy of your receipt inside the return package and print the Return Authorization Code on the outside of your return shipment box. Please return all merchandise to:

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of goods to AMYCLAIRE LLC. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. If your original method of payment was by credit card, we will need to reconfirm your credit card number and billing address before processing your refund. As a privacy policy, all credit card numbers are blocked from our viewing. We will be calling you once we have processed the return for the correct card information.

SALES TAX

AMYCLAIRE does not currently charge sales tax except for shipments to New York State where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.
